The Kool Copz LLC. FROSTPLATE and FROSTPLATE CARRIER VEST aka FPCV is a multi-use, personal, re-freezable cooling system designed for both civil and law enforcement applications. The FROSTPLATE has been specifically designed, engineered and constructed using the finest USA Made products to ensure the longest possible cooling function for the wearer and most rugged and simple design, to deliver maximum service life. The FPCV was also designed with the same attention to function and consideration to mobility as the FROSTPLATE, being engineered and constructed to exceed most civil and law enforcement material standards of vest construction, thus delivering maximum utility and durability to the wearer. The FPCV is available currently in one universal size, and in two OSHA/ ANSI compliant colors with a high visibility reflective safety element on both the front and back. Using the FROSTPLATE system is a simple process and if done correctly will afford the wearer hours of cooling function before swap out is recommended.
